To order COMFORT by Vergence online at ComfortbyVergence.com or ComfortbyVergence.ca simply follow the steps listed below.

  • Click and of the ‘Click Here for Special Offer’ or the ‘Order Now! button located on the Home Page
  • Select the COMFORT quantity offer that is right for you.
  • Click the ‘CHECKOUT’ button located at the bottom of the page.
  • Enter your shipping and payment information in the fields provided on the checkout page
  • If your billing information is different from your ship to information, uncheck the ‘Billing
  • Information’ box and complete the Bill To fields provided
  • Click the ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER’ button
  • Accept or decline any special offers available
  • Once completed, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been received including all your order details

Once you click the ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER’ button your order can not be modified online. If you need to make changes to your order you may email our Customer Care center at info@zyanallc.com or calll us at 1-909-741-5362 M-F from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST.

Once you click ‘PLACE YOUR ORDER’ on checkout page and accept or decline any additional special offers, we’ll display the details of your order. You will also be sent a confirmation email within a few minutes with your order details and confirmation number.

For orders placed on ComfortbyVergence.com, we are required to collect sales tax in CA. The current rate we charge and remit to the State is 9% of the total price, inclusive of product and shipping & handling charges. For orders placed on ComforybyVergence.ca, we are required to collect and remit both GST and PST taxes as required by Canadian law.

COMFORT by Vergence orders are refundable for 30 full days. If for any reason you are not absolutely delighted with COMFORT, simply follow the return instructions below and return your products within 30 days of receipt for a refund of the purchase price (less S&H)—even if the containers are empty!

  • Contact our Customer Care Center via email at info@zyanallc.com with your return request.
  • A Customer Care representative will validate the eligibility of your return request and reply via email with your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and return instructions.
  • Ship the unused portion (or empty container) utilizing the shipping service of your preference. However, to ensure timely processing of any refund due, we recommend that you return your order using a shipping service that provides delivery tracking. Upon receipt and verification or your return, we will issue any refund due within 3 -4 business days. (Shipping and processing charges and priority processing service charges are not refundable.)
